All machines are in stock and ready for delivery.
December / January Orders
We are taking a short break over the summer holidays but most items can still be delivered as usual.
All ball machine orders will be sent direct from our Spinshot factory via DHL express. Delivery timeframes for ball machines is currently 6 -10 days.
For all other items, if we cannot delivery your item in the usual timeframe (see below) we will contact you to let you know the ETA or offer an alternative or a refund.
Delivery Rates
Orders over $500 receive free delivery within NZ (not including outer islands).
Orders under $500 delivery fee is between $5 - $15.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to addresses nationwide in New Zealand.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery to the North Island: 4 - 6 business days from dispatch
Delivery to the South Island: 3 - 4 business days from dispatch
If your order is going to take longer than expected we will contact you as soon as possible.
Carriers
We use PBT for all deliveries within New Zealand.
We use DHL express for deliveries direct from the Spinshot factory.
Order Tracking
We will provide you with a PBT courier tracking number once your delivery has been dispatched. Please go to www.pbt.co.nz and enter your tracking number.
