Delivery Rates
Orders over $500 receive free delivery within NZ (not including outer islands).
Orders under $500 delivery fee is between $12-$25.

Express delivery is available on request. Due the size of the box the express delivery is around $50 - $100 depending on location. Please contact us if you'd like a express delivery quote.

We deliver to addresses nationwide in New Zealand.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery to the North Island: 5 - 10 business days
Delivery to the South Island: 5 - 10 business days

If your order is going to take longer than expected we will contact you as soon as possible.
Christmas & New Year Deliveries
deliveries made after 19 December will be dispatched on 18 January.
Orders outside of Christchurch - we recommend ordering by 8 December to ensure your order arrives before Christmas.
Christchurch orders - we recommend ordering by 19 December to ensure delivery before Christmas. You may collect orders on 23 December from our store in Christchurch. Please contact us and we can arrange this with you.
Carriers
We use NZ Post for all deliveries within New Zealand.
We use DHL express for deliveries direct from the Spinshot factory.
Order Tracking
We will provide you with a NZ Post courier or DHL tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
